Start sorting through any used books that your family has outgrown for the annual Wood Acres Book Drive starting Monday, Feb. 8 to benefit our sister schools. For more information about the drive and to volunteer visit our Community Outreach page.

This year's PTA sponsored Teacher's Appreciation Luncheon will be held on Tuesday, February 16th.  We need as many parents as possible to participate in order to provide a great meal for the more than 70 teachers and staff members at our school.

The lunch normally consists of both green and entree style salads, cheeses, bread, fruit and desserts.  If you are interested in helping out, email Stacy Krush at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and indicate which kind of dish you would like to contribute towards the meal.  Your dish may be dropped off at one of our homes the night before or at the main entrance the morning of the event. We will send out reminders and drop off addresses and times closer to the date. Thank you in advance for your support of this event.
