Hello Wood Acres families,
Please join our in-person Wood Acres PTA general membership meeting right before the gym doors open for the Art Fair on Wednesday, May 13th at 6:00pm (blacktop activities begin at 6pm and gym doors open @ 6:30pm). We will bring items up for a vote including the new slate for the PTA Board of Directors.
Please note we need at least 12 people to attend to have a quorum for the approval vote. Bar-T will be offering childcare from 5:45pm-6:30pm for anyone who would like to drop off their child. Sign up HERE.

Additional nominations for any open position may be submitted via email to our current PTA Secretary, Shora Moteabbed (receipt will be confirmed), no later than 6:00pm on May 12, 2025. In accordance with the PTA's bylaws, nominations may not be made from the floor at the May 13th PTA General Membership meeting at 6pm.
