  • PTA Tax Status Letter (As a 501(c)(3), donations to the PTA may be tax exempt. As a PTA in Maryland, the PTA is exempt from collecting sales tax on items we sell.) If you need a copy of the letter, please contact the PTA treasurer.

  • Sales & Use Tax Exemption Certificate (SUTEC). The SUTEC allows for tax-free purchases of property and services to be used for carrying out the work of the PTA. This includes purchases of products or services that support PTA fundraisers, PTA sponsored community events or PTA funded enrichment programs. If you need a copy of the certificate to support your event, please contact the PTA treasurer.
